Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-30
By signing in and using 2Veo Education you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside the Privacy Policy.
An educational tool — not medical advice
2Veo Education is a learning and record-keeping tool for medical students. It is not a medical device and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not direct clinical care. Always follow the supervision of the qualified clinicians on your placement.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. The app is for enrolled medical students using it as part of their studies. You are responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure, for providing accurate information, and for using the app only for lawful, educational purposes.
No patient-identifiable data
You must not enter any patient-identifiable information into the app. Case summaries must be anonymised one-line SBAR notes. You are responsible for following your medical school's and the GMC's guidance on patient confidentiality.
Sharing your passport with faculty
You acknowledge and agree that an identified copy of your passport — your name, placement details, and your (non-identifiable) passport records and metrics — is shared with your faculty administrators for education, supervision and cohort statistics, as described in the Privacy Policy. This sharing is a core part of the passport and cannot be opted out of while you use the app.
Feedback
Feedback you submit is identified (sent under your name) and visible to faculty administrators, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your passport from your device and iCloud and deletes the identified copy held for your faculty, along with the feedback you submitted. It requires an internet connection so the faculty copy is actually removed, and cannot be undone.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it for malicious purposes, enter patient-identifiable data, or use it to harm others or break any law.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms; material changes will be surfaced for review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
