What is 2Veo Education?
2Veo Education is an undergraduate medical-education tool. Its first module is the Imperial Anaesthetic Passport, which students use to record the clinical experiences they achieve during a two-week anaesthetics placement — checklist items, practical skills, a cannulation record, and short reflections. It complements the Year 3 workbook and is a learning and record-keeping tool, not a medical device.
Getting started
- Sign in with Apple on first launch and review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Set up your placement — your name, placement site, and two-week dates.
- Log experiences as they happen: tick checklist items, add practical-skills records against a case, and note your reflections.
No patient-identifiable data
The passport is designed so you never enter patient-identifiable information — case summaries are anonymised one-line SBAR notes. Please follow your medical school's and the GMC's guidance on confidentiality.
Sharing with your faculty
So the faculty can support your learning and build cohort statistics (for example, centile charts for the number of iGels inserted), an identified copy of your passport is shared with faculty administrators. This is a core part of how the passport works; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is shared and who can see it.
Your data and deletion
Your passport lives in your own private iCloud and follows you across your iPhone and iPad. To ask about removing your identified faculty copy or your feedback, message us via Settings → Send feedback or speak to your faculty.
